Community Supported Agriculture is a partnership between our farm & you.
How does Fry Family Farm CSA work?
Fry Family Farm CSA members pledge support to the farm by subscribing to our weekly fresh organic vegetable & fruit boxes, sharing the risks & benefits of food production with the farm. We ensure you a share of the harvest & you ensure us a reliable market. We grow over 40 types of vegetables, melons, & berries to fill your box with peak flavor & freshness each week.
Your CSA box is available for pick up at your choice of 3 locations or delivered to your home. We offer two share sizes as well as an every-other-week share. All Fry Family Farm CSA shares include a weekly e-mail with CSA box contents, news from the farm, recipe inspiration, & more. CSA members also receive a 10% discount (Fry Farm products only) at all Fry Family Farm market booths & our Farm Store.
Your harvest box includes seasonal varieties of:
Vegetables such as Beets, Broccoli, Cabbage, Carrots, Cauliflower, Radishes, Onions, Squash, & Potatoes

DELIVERY CSAs are delivered by 3pm on Thursdays, please inform us if you have a preferred location for your produce-we suggest a very large, clearly marked ice chest, shaded, near your front door, for us to place your produce into. We apologize for the inconvenience but we can only deliver to following cities: Central Point, Medford, Jacksonville, Phoenix, Talent, & Ashland. Please email us before signing up if you are requesting delivery outside of the cities listed above.
BOXES CSAs are generally packaged in reusable cardboard boxes, please fold them down, & leave them out or return during your next pick-up. We do not accept bags or berry cartons.
PRODUCE Mondays, we survey our farm & crops to decide what will be best for harvest on Wednesday to pack in your CSA early Thursday morning. We aim to give you an idea of what we plan to pack in your CSA as soon as we know, so you can plan accordingly. We source from other organic farms as needed, either when our harvest is low, not quite ready, affected by the weather, or in a conscious effort to offer more variety while supporting our community. We email a description by Wednesday evening of what we INTEND to package in your CSA that week, however, actual contents will periodically vary.
SUBSTITUTIONS We apologize that we cannot make specific accommodations or substitutions to your CSA & encourage you to supplement your needs at your local Grower's Market & preserve (freeze, dehydrate, canning, etc.) and/or share with others what you cannot consume.
